1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using securepay.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform
SecurePay.Tech is a technology project in development. It is not a bank, financial institution, payment institution, electronic money institution, or investment firm. The Platform is informational in nature and does not yet offer operational financial services.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes a regulated financial service, investment service, offer to buy or sell securities, or financial, investment, legal, or tax advice of any kind.
3. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable Use
You may browse the Platform, submit contact requests, and share content with proper attribution. You must not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape data without consent, impersonate Secure Paytech Lda, or interfere with the Platform's operation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is the property of Secure Paytech Lda or its licensors. The name SecurePay.Tech and the SPT token designation are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
6. Token and Blockchain Information
The SPT token is a utility token intended for use within the SecurePay.Tech ecosystem. It does not represent equity, economic rights, dividends, or profit participation. It is not an investment product and is not currently available for purchase or exchange.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes an offer or solicitation to purchase any token or digital asset. Regulatory changes may affect the development or availability of the SPT token.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure Paytech Lda disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure Paytech Lda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and, where applicable, the European Union. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagoa, Portugal, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.
